What is the return policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If something’s not quite right, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to return or exchange it.

How long will it take for my return to be processed?
Once your return is made, please allow up to 10 days for it to be received, inspected, and processed by our warehouse. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your return has been handled.
Do I have to pay for duties and taxes?
For UK customers ,VAT is included in the prices.
For the rest of international countries and the EU, any applicable duties and taxes must be paid upon delivery, as required by the destination country's customs authority.
Where is my order?
After placing an order and receiving the confirmation email, our team will start to manage the shipment. As soon as your order is on its way, you will be notified via email and provided with the tracking number.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
