SHIPPING & RETURNS
Once you place your order, you will receive an automated confirmation e-mail, notifying that your order has gone through our system.
Preparation: All orders placed before 12:30 pm (CEST) from Monday to Friday, will be prepared and shipped from our warehouse on the same day.
Shipment: As soon as our warehouse has prepared your order, you should receive another email stating the order status and tracking number.
EXEO Athletics will not be responsible for any delivery incidents that may occur from any customer negligence during the check out process. Please, state all the information required for an appropriate delivery.
If you wish to cancel an order, you must notify us by emailing info@exeoathletics.com
* Cancelations are only available for unfulfilled orders. We cannot assure that your order will be cancelled if you've contacted us, as this is out of our control.

UK:
- DPD NEXT BUSINESS DAY DELIVERY (ORDER BY 2PM) - £6.50
- Standard UK Delivery via Royal Mail £4
European Countries:
- STANDARD SHIPPING (4-10 days) - €11.95
Rest Of World:
- STANDARD SHIPPING (4-10 days) - $14
For the following countries, duties are already included in the purchase, so there will be no additional customs charges upon delivery:
United Kingdom (UK), United States, EU, Australia, New Zealand & Canada.
There may be additional charges related to import customs and duties for shipments to the following countries, for which EXEO athletics will not be responsible for:
Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Mexico.
Please note:
If a parcel is refused upon delivery due to customs or duty charges, a $15 return handling fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the costs charged by our shipping partner for processing refused international shipments.
RETURNS:
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If something’s not quite right, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to return or exchange it.*
Please note that the cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and signed-for postal service to ensure your return is delivered safely and can be verified. This helps avoid any issues in the event of a lost or delayed parcel.

*To be eligible for a return, your item needs to be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.
Once your return is made, please allow up to 10 days for it to be received, inspected, and processed by our warehouse. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your return has been handled.
BUNDLE DISCOUNT:
Where a bundle offer is applied (e.g. purchasing a belt with two bottles at a discounted price), the discount is conditional on all items within the bundle being kept.
If the belt is returned without the bottles, the bundle discount will no longer apply. In this case, the discount value of £5 will be deducted from the refund issued for the returned belt.
This ensures that the bottles are charged at their full individual price where the bundle conditions are not met.
