Unfortunately, one of the two flasks I ordered leaked when first filled and certainly would not have worked well when lying horizontal in the Exeo belt. This was despite fully tightening the top. The other flask was fine so this may just have been a one-off

Bought 2 Flasks and Belt! Best purchase so far! I may have ordered a belt to big though. I am loosing weight. Time will tell though. Still, 5 Stars is not enough IMHO! Great Product!

I got the running belt after trying so many different ones for my shorter runs as I train for my first marathon. This was the only one that actually felt comfortable and didn’t move. I got the flasks with it and they are so practical not to mention cute 🥰

They fit perfectly in my Exeo belt. However although I have washed them thoroughly the water still tastes a bit odd. Would it be the plastic they're made from?

The bottles are a good size and feel nice in my hand but I don't understand why they are leaking. My shorts end up covered in my expensive electrolites. I also find them annoying to drink from, having to bite down when panting and they flop around in my hand.

Hi Candice, we’re so sorry to hear this!

Leaking is usually caused by the rubber mouthpiece not being fully pushed into place. If you check that the nozzle is pressed all the way down, with no gap between the mouthpiece and the base, this should resolve the issue.

If you could email us a photo of the top of the flask, we’d be happy to take a closer look and get this sorted for you as quickly as possible.

Regarding biting down on the mouthpiece, this is how soft flasks are designed to work. The bite valve opens when you bite down to let water flow and closes when released to prevent leaking, even when the flask is turned sideways.

Amazing little bottles that fit nicely in the belt! They don’t leak or drip at all and pack away really small!

Hi l think they are great and a really good product but on my second time using them one of them has started to leak at the neck I’m out for my long run this weekend and going to try them out again 🤞 it was just lose cap but not sure
